How long does shipping take?

We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 6–15 business days, depending on your location, item size, supplier availability, and carrier conditions.

Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout. You'll receive tracking information by email when it becomes available.

What if it's not the right fit?

Every order is backed by our 90-day return window. If an item isn't right for your pet or your home, contact us within 90 days of delivery to request a return. Return eligibility and shipping responsibilities are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
