Free U.S. shipping on all orders.

We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 6–15 business days, depending on your location, item size, supplier availability, and carrier conditions.

You’ll receive tracking information by email when it becomes available so you can follow your order’s progress.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, oversized-item handling, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally extend delivery times.

Larger items, including pet lounges and furniture, may require additional handling time before shipment.

International shipping is available to select destinations. Rates and delivery estimates for international orders are shown at checkout based on destination and product availability.
