Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 6–15 business days, depending on your location, item size, supplier availability, and carrier conditions.

You’ll receive tracking information by email when it becomes available so you can follow your order’s progress.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, oversized-item handling, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally extend delivery times.

Larger items, including pet lounges and furniture, may require additional handling time before shipment.

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at info@gatorandphoebs.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
