To be eligible, items should be in their original or gently used condition and must not show excessive wear, damage, stains, odors, or misuse. Proof of purchase is required.
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, final-sale items, and items unsuitable for resale may not be eligible for return.
To start a return, contact us with your order number. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and the correct return address. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
